Loved my food and Joanna was amazing in this short period of time! Made me feel welcomed and often checked on me. In a world where service is not guven as much this was a breath of fresh air.

Julia was great from the time I sat down. Helped me pick what I wanted (based on my flying time) and made sure I had everything I needed. Thanks Julia! Plus food was great!

With 2 hours to kill before an 11 hour flight, I was browsing the various T3 food offerings and noticed that Spuntino looked really popular and had a great looking menu. I was alone and immediately seated by Julia who was so welcoming and engaging. She explained the draft beer selection and although I’d more of Les’s decided what I wanted to eat, she recommended the Pea and Feta salad. It’s not something I’d normally have ordered by I was glad I did! I had it with grilled chicken and some sweet potato fries. Amazingly, it all arrived within 5 minutes and was fresh and beautifully presented. I rarely have high expectations of airport dining as we’re a captive market but this was just exceptional. Service from Julia was faultless - she didn’t forget anything and checked regularly that everything was OK. She even persuaded me to have a dessert (drunken prune vanilla cheesecake) which was heavenly! It’s not cheap (as no airport restaurants are) but it made for a very memorable pre-flight meal and Julia is an asset to the company for making such an effort to ensure that all her tables enjoyed the experience. Next time I fly long haul out of T3 I’ll make sure I go back to Spuntino.

It is a relaxing spot in the busy Heathrow Terminal 3. I had the chicken and waffles, the size was satisfying and the taste was good. The food service was very quick. The vanilla latte that I ordered was great! The customer service was excellent- Elian was very attentive to providing an excellent food service during my visit to this airport diner. I recommend this place.

Excellent and cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious. Best part was the service with excellent and attentive waiters. As someone with celiac, I have to be careful of where I eat. Spuntino has gluten free options which was incredible. I ordered the eggs Reuben and couldn't believe that the bread was gluten free. It was delicious!! Julia, the server was super helpful and attentive to my allergies. Considering I had just got out of a ten hour flight, she was patient while I asked her questions about gluten free options. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service and will come here again!

Crowded due to morning travel but everyone from the hostess to the server was pleasant and so friendly. You can tell that everyone is working together to create a service oriented restaurant. I was seated by the kitchen and could see how well run every thing was. A pleasure to eat here

Had a lovely breakfast at Sputino order number 6994. My server was so nice and kind. She offered a great suggestion when she thought my original order wasn’t up to par. When my bill came she wanted me to check it and I told her I trusted her and she said “no I want to check it for you” - she was darling and have to say she made my layover so much better never rushing me and always attentive. Thanks dear!
